Took half an hour to get through to Dr's, only to be told that there was no emergency appointments and to phone back in the afternoon. Dr did phone me back and put me on antibiotics over the phone.

I have always had good care but I would like to be able to see the same doctor when I visit the surgery. Unfortunately it seems the doctors I have all left at some time. No doubt gets to know you anymore and most of the doctors now at the surgery I don't even know.

The nurses are amazing. I Generally only see them. Always friendly. I have an auto immune disease. I understand everyone want appointments. I feel like I can never get them when needed.
